Nomad hamptons 2026: At the roots
From June 25th-28th, JK hosted the At the Roots exhibition for Nomad Hamptons 2026 at The Watermill Center. Nomad Circle is an organization that endeavors to grow cultural dialogue through artistic innovation, and 2026 was its first event taking place in the United States. JK joined galleries and exhibitors from across the globe in the sharing and celebration of the arts.
We were incredibly happy to have had the opportunity to exhibit our gallery's inventory at Nomad. Our contributions included a diverse array of pieces, ranging from large scale sculptural installations to canvases of assorted sizes and numerous smaller contributions. Our overall exhibition was conceived to honor the ideals of the venue’s late founder, Robert Wilson. His assertion that “Life is art, and art is life” was echoed throughout our installation in an examination of the profound understanding of each other that can be gained through the arts.
Showcasing how craft remains a living language for connection, memory, and meaning, the presentation includes works by Liz Collins, Estudio Campana, Carmen D'Apollonio, William Farrell, Ian Felton, Ruan Hoffman, Fitzhugh Karol, Hun-Chung Lee, Casey McCafferty, Darcy Miro, Sergio Rodrigues, Hugo Rodríguez, Sally Silberberg, Jake Szymanski, and Claire Watson.
